Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as sale items and custom/personalized products, may be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check product descriptions for any exceptions.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email Us: Contact us at returns@officialgodncountry.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the next steps, including where to ship your return.

Refund/Exchange Process:
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once the original has been received and processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at returns@officialgodncountry.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem and ensure you get a replacement.

Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
